Delivery
Local Delivery
We deliver FREE to local addresses within 3 miles of the nursery, including Mixbury, Evenley, Fulwell, and Westbury for orders over £50.
Van Delivery
We deliver by van within a 30 mile radius of our nursery, usually on a Thursday. For locations further away, or in very busy periods, we use couriers. Please allows 2-4 working days for us to pick your plants for despatch. In order to reduce the amount of road miles, we aim to make multi-drop deliveries where we can.
Note: we deliver kerbside/areas adjacent to the road, and not to the planting site.
It is important that you are in and available to receive and check your plants. If our driver is unable to leave the plants in a safe place, they will be returned to the nursery, and you may risk loosing your plants and your deposit. We cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to unattended plants. If you would like them left elsewhere at the delivery location, please let us know when you confirm your order.
We ask for your understanding in despatching plants – to keep them healthy, we will only despatch them if the weather conditions are appropriate.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are quoted with your plant order. As a guide, we charge £30 plus VAT for local deliveries within 3-10 miles and £50 plus VAT for deliveries within 20-30 miles.
